gugg.li

gugg.li is a portal dedicated to the Swiss Guggenmusik community, providing a directory of Guggen organisations, an event calendar and services that allow organisations to manage their online presence.

The public portal is free to use.

Published information

Information published on gugg.li comes from public sources and contributions from Guggen organisations and event organisers.

We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or accurate at all times.

Errors or outdated information can be reported through the portal or to info@gugg.li.

Page claims and events

Anyone who claims a page, edits a Guggen, creates an event or acts on behalf of an organisation confirms that they:

• are authorised to do so;
• provide accurate information;
• have the necessary rights to any uploaded content.

We may suspend a claim, correct or remove content in cases of abuse, clearly incorrect information, infringement of third-party rights or a legitimate request from an affected person.

Uploaded content

Rights to names, logos, photographs, text and other content remain with their respective owners.

Anyone publishing content grants Guggli Association a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it only to the extent necessary to display it, technically adapt it and make it available through gugg.li services.

Anyone uploading content confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to do so.

Prohibited use

gugg.li may not be used for unlawful activities, spam, impersonating another organisation, publishing unlawful content or attempting to bypass security measures.

We may restrict or block access in cases of abuse.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Guggli Association is not liable for indirect damages resulting from service unavailability or information published by third parties.

gugg.li may also contain links to external websites and services over which we have no control.

Ownership of gugg.li

The gugg.li name, software, design and original content created for the service belong to Guggli Association or their respective rights holders.

Content belonging to individual Guggen organisations and organisers remains with the respective rights holders.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Guggli Association, subject to mandatory legal provisions.

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version is the one published on gugg.li.
